Zamine Moon
Children's author

Reading accompanied by the peace of nature is one of my favourite things
Art by Zamine Moon
As a child, Zamine Moon felt a great attraction for the stories she heard from her mother and relatives. Usually, the stories were about interesting experiences real people had or about wonderful adventures of fantastic characters.
Zamine remembers that the first time she read was out of curiosity. She no longer only wanted to hear the stories that others told her, but she wanted to read them for herself. Thus, at the age of five and motivated by the image of a snake inside an elephant in a book that her sister lent her to browse, Zamine read “The Little Prince” written by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. Since then, books became one of her greatest loves, as well as a source of reflection and inspiration.
As an author, she hopes that her work, besides entertaining, will be a space for all readers to explore the wonderful world that lives within each one and give themselves the opportunity to connect, express and create freely.
